I've said before that I dislike these sorts of entries on the Network, but I should like to apologise for my behaviour yesterday. I am truly sorry for it. I should hope that by now, after having seen everything else yesterday and all the slapping that went on, everyone would safely assume it was a curse. Still, my behavious was appalling. I do apologize.

I would have done so sooner, but my hands were too sore to write easily, which is perhaps more embarrassing. I've not been in the best of spirits today either, but at least I'm more civil.

I know my mood improved immediately at midnight, which proves it was a curse to me. I'm not sure why I was obliged to be in an irritable mood, but it did press me on towards striking more than a few people.

On that same topic, I'm sure at least some of you saw that display confrontation between Mr Crehador and myself yesterday evening. I've only the explanation that it was a curse, though that doesn't especially lessen my embarrassment about it.

Lucy, thank you for accompanying me on my walk. I am sorry I wasn't in a better mood. You've so often seen me at my worst. Rosette, thank you for your invitation yesterday--I'm sure you avoided all the worst of that curse. And Vash, as well, since we've not spoken in ages. It was very good to speak to you again. I am sorry it wasn't under better circumstances, but my invitation still stands.

Lord Phantomhive, although I wasn't much for conversation yesterday, it was a great pleasure to meet you. I do hope that we will have another opportunity to speak. Another of the peerage, interestingly, though not one I know--another parallel England?

Busy days of late--interestingly--and yet not of the sort I'd like--they all come to pet the black sheep--

I didn't see what went on between you and other people, but I do have an answer to your unspoken question. The other day, there was indeed a curse, one that made people short-tempered and quick to react. However, the amount of violence never exceeded anything beyond a few slaps to the cheek.
